Sales Policy

• Goods are delivered to locations within Riyadh within 3 days from the invoice date, subject to availability in our warehouse.
• For locations outside Riyadh, the customer shall bear the full shipping costs.
• Goods may be stored in our warehouse for a maximum period of 30 days. After this period, the customer will be charged a storage fee of 10% of the invoice value for each month.
• Our responsibility for the goods ends once they have been delivered to the specified location.
• Goods will be unloaded in front of the customer's property. The access road must be properly prepared and easily accessible to ensure the safe delivery of the goods.
